The Social Collective

The Social Collective was created with hopes that we could assist our clients with making their design vision come to life. With every project or client we carefully select and source distinctive styling elements that reflect our client and their vision to create an experience that is personable, intentional and fun! We love taking life’s ordinary moments and turning them into treasured memories that will be both special and unique!

For us things started back when we were both figuring out things for our own weddings. Of course we enjoyed sorting out the details and decorating everything for ourselves… but we knew that couldn’t be the case with everyone else. Where were the people who did the set up and the tear down? Who is the person that could help take a design concept or idea and execute it? We quickly realized that we wanted to be those people. We wanted to be that support that brought creative intentions to reality.

We have since grown into our passion even further and we now call ourselves a “hybrid business” of sorts. We have recently added services for interior decorating to give guidance, confidence and a hands-on experience to those who would like to spruce up their interior spaces within their budget. From our consultation meeting, to our presentation of your design boards, to executing every last decorated detail… we are there with you every step of the way. Designing and styling an event that has a long-lasting impression on you and your guests or helping you to create a space that you are proud of is what we are most passionate about.

I’ve always told myself that someday I’d stop dreaming and start doing.

And finally… I feel like I’ve accomplished that goal with of one of my dearest friends who has dreamt this dream with me since we were just kids.

A little bit about me - I currently live in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am the mom to the sweetest little boy, my whole world, Dakota James. And I am married to the most genuine soul I have ever met. We just bought our first home here in Cincy and we are enjoying our crazy, lovely, wild and hectic lives to the fullest!

Sam and I have had years of humbling, high and low experiences while working on this dream (from weddings, small parties, our kids birthday parties, meetings, more weddings, research, business podcasts, drinking wine, LOTS OF WINE and the list goes on…) Now we have finally launched this little business and I gotta say it feels pretty damn great!

So here’s to our greatest dreams realized and here’s to helping all of you style your special events and social gatherings!




Everyone has a story, and a journey unique to us alone that paves the way through our
life’s pages.

For me, the adventure began on an island known as Puerto Rico, in the city of San
Juan. At a very young age my immediate family and I left for the mainland and settled in
The Empire State. After being raised in the South Bronx for over a decade and being no
stranger to life on the go, my family decided to pick up once again and move to
Columbus, Ohio, where I find myself today.
It is amongst all of these places that I’ve been blessed with great experiences, many life
lessons learned, and so much love.

The scarlet & gray life has afforded me the opportunity to grow and fully immerse myself
in my love of art & design. My high school years consisted of planning and styling
events such as Homecoming and Prom, as well as spending countless hours in the Art
room. This art room just so happens to be where I met the most amazing, funny,
outgoing, and crazy girl ever - Erica! We both share in this calling, and looking back it’s
amazing to see that it was the beginning of something so truly special.

My passion for art, design and décor has yet to dwindle, as I’ve continued my passion
with the styling of my daughter’s birthday parties, my own wedding, as well as many
other events. My journey thus far and the obsession I have for this industry has led me
in taking the next big step in co-launching The Social Collective. After years of hoping,
dreaming, and wishing, Erica and I are finally able to materialize this project that we’ve
dreamt about for years.
I could not be happier in that not only are we bringing our dreams to life but also being
given the opportunity to make our clients’ dreams a reality. We are so eager and excited
to work with you and cannot wait to create beautiful and lasting memories to mark your
life’s storybook.
