Design-Only Service
INVESTMENT OF $4,000

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES THESE DESIGN-SPECIFIC SERVICES:
- We will collaborate with you on your design direction and color palette selection and provide you with mood boards that help visualize your overall event aesthetic.
- An itemized styling plan which lists all visual aspects, decor elements, and needs for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception which we will share with your vendor team
- Design input & assistance with booking and communicating with your florist, selecting desired floral ingredients, and finalizing floral order
- Design input & assistance with sourcing and booking tableware and linen rentals, if needed
- Design input & assistance with sourcing and booking additional furniture or other rental decor items
- Design input & assistance with sourcing and ordering any custom signage, seating charts, or paper/printed goods
- Floor plan consultation and collaboration with you and your venue team
- Day-of set up and tear down of all design-based elements
- Final design meeting with you and your soulmate to review and finalize all designs and styling plans (2-4 weeks out from your event date)

Full-Service Planning

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES THESE PLANNING SERVICES...
- Personalized vendor recommendations from our trusted list of industry professionals (as needed for any vendors still required)
- Vendor recommendations based on your style, personality, and budget
- Review all vendor contracts and assist with vendor selection or facilitating bookings
- Main point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning process and managing communication between all vendors
- Participation in all required vendor meetings
- Personalized tools to assist you in managing your guest list, seating assignments, meal selections, and tracking all RSVPs
- Personalized tools to assist in managing and tracking your overall wedding budget + spending
- Personalized Planning Process checklist
- Unlimited communication and planning with all involved vendors
- Monthly touch-base meetings (virtually or by phone if preferred)
- Attend in-person or virtual meetings/walkthroughs with the ceremony and reception venue, plus unlimited communication with the venue coordinator
- Assist the venue in generating or forming your event layout
- Attend a final details meeting with your Coordinator + Venue Manager
- Attend ceremony rehearsal (Coordinator will Lead)
